The Honest Company is seeking a Customer Development Manager for our e-commerce retail business! We’re looking for an outstanding sales professional with experience executing e-commerce strategies to reach our customers online. If you have experience working with a leading CPG company or e-tailer, extensive knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices, and a passion for The Honest Company’s mission to deliver safe, eco-friendly products to consumers, we’re looking for you. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating innovative customer experiences and managing initiatives that drive growth. You’ll define business rules and requirements and develop functional specifications through concise user stories and flow diagrams. To be our ideal candidate, you’ll need to have extensive experience with online, consumer-facing products and a deep understanding of user experience and Agile methodologies.
