      Marketing Coordinator  
  • Responsibilities

    • Working with the Senior Director of Customer Acquisition, deliver effective, targeted marketing campaigns at a rapid pace with high attention to detail

    • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels such as radio, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and more.  Responsibilities will include coordination of creative production, experiment design, campaign launch, analysis of results, and financial reporting

    • Relentlessly test and optimize all campaigns, ultimately driving industry-leading campaign performance

    • Work with Product team to institute all necessary instrumentation and tracking capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and enable rapid test cycles

    • Work with internal creative team (and external agency, if needed) to ensure maximum effectiveness of creative executions while maintaining brand consistency

    • Communicate campaign results to management and cross-functional counterparts; develop and publish guidelines for successful campaigns

    • Role KPIs:  Scale and efficiency of customer acquisition; pace of new campaign launch and testing, and effective management of all campaign elements including creative versioning, invoicing, timeline management, and stakeholder communication

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in a consumer marketing role (agency or in-house)

    • Solid understanding of campaign development and management (briefing, creative development, performance optimization, reporting) -- or, extreme willingness to learn

    • Quantitative mindset, able to use data analysis to answer business questions

    • Highly productive and organized, able to manage many projects simultaneously

    • Extreme level of attention to detail

    • Comfortable in high-growth, dynamic environments; flexible; able to react quickly to changing circumstances

    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of constituents

    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

    • BA/BS degree
