Responsibilities:

  • By channeling your most amazing “MacGyver-y” talents, you will help merchants to do their thing. 
  • You will work directly with our most important (and sometimes complex) partners and customers to ensure their success with our products and services
  • You will provide support, ranging from setup to troubleshooting, and advise on best practices
  • You will determine optimal ways for our system’s capabilities to be leveraged through education, training, and real-time analysis
  • You will work with internal teams at Clover to define and prioritize product feature enhancements to help your merchants grow and succeed

About You:

To be successful, you must enjoy solving complex problems and thinking through multiple potential solutions given many variables (both hardware, software, and situational) to find the optimal outcome. This role offers direct interaction with strategic businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to multi-million dollar merchants.

You will excel in this role if you thrive on external-facing interaction and support of strategic merchant accounts, to understand merchant needs and issues, sometimes under pressure, in real time scenarios.

  • You have BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
  • You show grace under pressure and have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a calming yet enthusiastic demeanor and like to foster & share in customer victories
  • You should be detail-oriented and be able to understand complex systems, work flows and tools
  • You must be able to collect, analyze and present data wisely and able to adapt your position when presented with new information
  • Some travel required, both within the USA and internationally
