Airbnb is looking for a talented Paid Growth Manager to join the Performance Marketing team in our San Francisco office. This role will report to the regional Paid Growth Manager and own our paid acquisition efforts in the Americas. Responsibilities include driving the SEM strategy, testing new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with our functional partners teams to achieve aggressive goals.

Success in this role means being at the intersection of marketing, technology, and innovation and bringing Airbnb’s Performance Marketing team closer to being the most sophisticated marketing team in the world. The ideal candidate for this position will be an exceptional communicator, highly analytical, intellectually curious, and scrappy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute global online marketing projects across a diverse range of initiatives (e.g. revenue generation, user signups, strategic investments, etc.)
  • Identify and test new SEM growth opportunities across segments (device, audience segments, platforms, etc.) through opportunity assessment, data analysis, research, and collaboration with peers across regional offices
  • Leverage resources across Performance Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
  • Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team’s workflow
  • Manage workflows and day-to-day communication with third party vendors and key partners, including prioritizing by impact, documenting challenges and potential solutions, sharing best practices, building collaborative roadmaps, etc.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant online marketing experience, with a strong focus on mobile acquisition
  • Highly proficient in Excel and SQL
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Strong experimentation background
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
  • A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions
  • Interest joining a global team and collaborating across multiple geographies
  • Passion for all things Airbnb
