As a result, demand for Saucey is at an all-time high and we’re looking for inspiring people to join our team!   We’re looking for a creative and passionate Business Development Manager who will be responsible for propelling the growth of the business through strategic partnerships and marketing. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, be detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness. You have proven track record prospecting, negotiating and closing partnerships to support and fulfill the strategic objectives.     

 

About You:

  • Is a rockstar at pitching and networking. When you hit an event, everyone and anyone is talking to you.
  • Possesses a strong phone presence and superior communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Can plan, prepare, and execute high impact meetings with potential partners.
  • Can perform and execute in a full cycle business development from lead to close
  • Can identify trends in the industry, opportunities for success and risks to execution and advise senior management accordingly
  • Can evaluate ongoing & existing partnerships to evaluate performance with KPI’s
  • Can drive overall growth plans by working closely with all team members to identify new industry verticals and business development opportunities
  • Has 2+ years of progressive business development / marketing experience in a related or similar industry
  • Is a self-starter, thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Lives in LA

Your Background Includes:

  • Business development experience
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Experience creating and modifying Keynote presentations
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, business development or related field.
  • You are an absolute hustler
