- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled, along with the location where the content appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, expressing your good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content resulted from a mistake or a misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to be served with legal process by the person who provided the original notice of alleged infringement.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may send a copy of it to the person alleging copyright infringement, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content. Unless the original copyright claimant takes legal action to obtain a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be reinstated at WorkTipper’s sole discretion, within ten to fourteen business days or more after receiving the counter-notice.
Please be aware that filing a counter-notification may lead to legal proceedings to determine ownership between you and the complaining party. Making a false or bad-faith allegation through this process may have adverse legal consequences in your country.
We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion in appropriate circumstances.
